The Story
After 12 combined years working internationally and travelling almost 100 percent of the time, I decided to return to my hometown of Seattle. I combined my 20+ years in Management Consulting with my passion for high-level networking and intrapreneurial mindset to lead new business development efforts for top tech and telco clients across the West Region of the United States.
Business Development was a natural fit for me and a role in which I thrived. In this field, I develop and build business relationships with a wide variety of current and potential clients and help them ideate solutions and strategies for their most complex business needs. I am responsible for identifying, creating and negotiating new client contracts and partnerships, initiating proposals, closing deals, P&L ownership and overseeing and managing successful delivery by teams.
The Impact
I pride myself on my global-mindset, customer focus, ability to thrive in chaos and relationship building capabilities. These skills combined with my diverse set of consulting expertise (including: strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, technology enablement, leadership development and overall business planning) enable me to gain rapport quickly with my clients. I truly enjoy working with my clients — helping them ideate and execute complex business transformations and strategic initiatives. I am proud of my authenticity and being a trusted advisor to so many of my clients around the world. Overall, in this role, I have successfully launched 13 banner clients, managed over $35M in revenue and 50+ consultants across the United States.
