Heather Lee Brewer is an international business leader and trailblazer. With 20+ years leading strategic growth, global expansions and top tier management consulting services, Heather is responsible for designing and implementing new solutions and business transformation efforts for many of the most prominent companies around the world. She has led and delivered international projects and teams spanning 14 countries for some of the world’s largest and most recognized management consulting firms and companies, including: Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting, Nortel Networks and The Mills Corporation. Most recently at Unify Consulting she was responsible for helping lead and manage the launch of Costco Spain, the second largest retailer in the world after Walmart, and the first Costco in continental Europe. During the last five years leading business development efforts for Fortune 250 clients at Strong Bridge and Bridge Partners Consulting, Heather successfully launched 13 banner clients, managed over $35M in revenue and 50+ consultants across the United States. Heather’s portfolio of clients includes Microsoft, Expedia, Costco, EMC, Warner Music, The Carlyle Group, T-Mobile, Lockheed Martin, the Organization of American States and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
When Heather isn’t on the move for business, she’s an outdoor enthusiast and loves exploring new cultures, countries and adventuring into the unknown. She has travelled to 54 countries and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Heather is an avid backpacker, skier, runner, dancer and enjoys anything on the water as well as discovering new restaurants and international cuisine around the world. In her free time Heather always finds time to give back to her local and international communities. She has held leadership roles for UNICEF (US Fund), The US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, The World Affairs Council and volunteered on multiple humanitarian trips around the world. Heather is passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders. To this effect, she’s a pioneer, mentor and advisor to the Certificate of International Business Studies (CISB) program at the University of Washington, which she founded in 1991, and is a frequent guest speaker on international business and leadership at the Foster School of Business. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a CISB – Spanish Track Certificate from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. She lives in Seattle, Washington.
